i’ve made balloon-filled floating sculptures, artbikes, quilts, site-responsive installations, masks, puppets, sets, costumes and goddesses.
i’ve had the joy and the privilege of dancing with kei takei, barbara roan, and meredith monk
most recently i’ve been making bowls, re-encountering my dancing body (now 35 years older), and learning to paint with fire.
i’m still learning . . .
to form the clay, yet allow it to lead the dance.
to let the words emerge.
to sit quietly, drinking tea, breathing into connection.
