Artist in Residence
You & Me has started its first artist in residency program. The artist will spend 2-3 weeks in the home of Tara Rynders(me), artistic director of You & Me, collaborating with Rynders as well as spending time working on personal projects. The artist will have her or his own private bedroom, bathroom and studio space as needed.
You & Me is founded in collaboration with artists from similar and different backgrounds. Through this residency artistic director, Tara Rynders, wishes to spend a focused amount of time with an artist collaborating, sharing, and learning from each other and involving each other in the process of creation. During the residency it is expected that the artist spend time collaborating, however the artist will have freedom to explore personal projects as desired. It will also be possible to lead workshops, teach classes and engage through art with the local community. The goals of the residency will always be changing based on the specific artist in residence and collaborative process created.
You & Me believes we are all artists and therefore encourages all backgrounds to apply.

The artist will have her or his own private bedroom, bathroom and studio space as needed.

The cost of the residency is based on a sliding scale and each artist must pay for transportation to the residency and during the residency (you can use my bike) and personal food. You are however welcome to share and harvest fresh eggs from our chickens and treats from our garden.
